Hoffmann Architects welcomes new business development manager

Hoffmann Architects, an architecture and engineering firm specializing in the rehabilitation of building exteriors, is pleased to welcome a new team member to the Marketing and Business Development department.

Lisa A. Deneau joins Hoffmann Architects as Business Development Manager for the New York region, based in the firm’s Manhattan office. With more than 20 years’ experience marketing professional services in the A/E/C industry, Deneau has led business development efforts in establishing and maintaining client relationships. She applies her extensive knowledge of the New York design and construction industry to devising team strategies and forging alliances that deliver clients the best possible outcomes, tailored to individual project parameters.

Deneau earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Indiana University and has held a range of leadership positions for the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) NYC Chapter. Currently, she serves on the American Institute of Architects (AIA) New York Cultural Facilities Committee. As business development manager for the greater New York area, Deneau coordinates between technical staff and prospective clients to facilitate innovative investigation and design programs that address immediate building enclosure concerns and anticipate future needs. She lives in Brooklyn, New York.

Founded in 1977, Hoffmann Architects specializes in the rehabilitation of the building envelope. The firm’s work focuses on the exteriors of existing structures, diagnosing and resolving deterioration within facades, roofing systems, windows, waterproofing materials, plazas/terraces, parking garages, and historic and landmark structures. We provide consulting services for new building construction, as well as litigation and claim support.  Our technical professionals investigate and correct damage resulting from time and weather, substandard or improper construction, design defects, material failures, poor workmanship, structural movement, and stress.
